Once your order has been completed, our team will build your luxury electric cruiser bike from the ground up. As soon as a completion date has been set, you will receive an email confirming the scheduled delivery date.On the day of delivery, you will receive a time window and tracking link via text, along with a contact number for the delivery team, so you can check up on your delivery at any time. (Please note, if you live in a particularly difficult to reach location, it may be one of our dedicated transporter partners that delivers your cruiser bike. If this is the case with yours, they may contact you directly to arrange the date and time.) On arrival, our delivery driver will hand over your CrownCruiser, owner’s manual, and relevant paperwork. They will also give you a run-down of how to use your brand new road cruiser and answer any questions you may have.Our products will be delivered in a van and will require space to park. If you live in a busy area with little to no parking, please bear with our driver while they find a suitable place to stop and offload.
WILL MY CROWNCRUISER BE DELIVERED FREE OF CHARGE?
Yes! The cost of delivery is included in your bike purchase. However, if we have to make multiple attempts to deliver your bike, you may incur an additional charge.
HOW LONG AFTER I ORDER SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY BIKE?
This depends on our production capacity at the time of order, if we have a high volume of orders it may take up to 10 weeks. Generally, we aim to get your bike to you within 4 weeks, depending on your delivery area.
